The flexible space is designed to provide a comfortable setting that can be tailored to fit the style, purpose, and vision of each event.

Question 2

Why choose an intimate venue for a gathering?

Accepted Answer

Choosing an intimate venue like Trinitee Event Space creates a more personal and comfortable experience for guests. Smaller spaces encourage meaningful connections, make it easier for hosts to interact with their guests, and create a warm atmosphere where everyone feels included. An intimate setting also allows for more flexibility with décor, seating, activities, and the overall flow of the event, making it easier to create a gathering that feels unique and intentional.

Question 3

How can I tell whether a venue is suitable for my event?

Accepted Answer

Trinitee Event Space can accommodate gatherings of up to 50 guests, making it an ideal choice for intimate celebrations and smaller events. When determining whether the space is right for your event, consider your guest count, desired setup, event type, and activities planned. The flexible layout can accommodate a variety of gatherings, including celebrations, showers, micro weddings, meetings, photo shoots, and creative events. Guests are encouraged to share their event details so Trinitee Event Space can help determine the best setup for their needs.

Question 4

Can an event space be used for activities beyond private celebrations?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Trinitee Event Space is designed to accommodate more than traditional private celebrations. The space can be used for photo shoots, open mic nights, comedy shows, networking events, community gatherings, meetings, content creation, workshops, and casual hangouts. With a flexible and intimate setting for up to 50 guests, Trinitee Event Space provides a welcoming environment for creative, social, and professional gatherings of all kinds.

Question 5

Is there a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A $200 refundable security deposit is required to lock in the event date and cover any potential incidentals. The deposit is separate from the rental fee and is not included in the cost of the rental.
The $200 deposit is refundable as long as the space is left in good condition, all trash is removed, and all personal items and decorations are taken down at the end of the event. Once the space has been inspected and the requirements are met, the deposit will be returned.
